While it may not be immediately apparent, there are parallels between my academic foundation and my passion for art and photography. Both realms stimulate creativity, broaden horizons, encourage innovative thinking, attention to detail, and maintaining balance. In my view, this equilibrium is beneficial on both personal and business levels.
I'm deeply interested in strategy, work culture, and people, and I've been fortunate to work on these aspects in my previous roles.

I create art using diverse materials, methods, and techniques, adapting to my current mood. Currently, I'm immersed in mixed media, which includes painting, drawing, texture, water colour even coffee.
Through art, I express stories, drawing from my thoughts, experiences, and emotions. Inspiration comes from within and the world around me, providing fresh perspectives. My focus is on the creative process, yielding distinct artworks based on my emotional state.Despite variations, all my pieces share a personal touch and depth, sparking thoughts and emotions in viewers.
In this raw openness, I explore both profound and uplifting themes. From loss and darkness to resilience and gratitude, my art reflects life's fragility and beauty.With my heart in each piece, some take years to complete, guided by the art itself. I aim to evoke emotions and stories in observers, creating a deep connection.
My photography, driven by curiosity and adventure, explores the globe. Capturing narratives in the world's wonders, cities, and culture.Using different techniques, I convey their stories, enriching my experiences.

Ever since he was a child, Alan Pedersen, also known as Alantherock, has used visual expression as a way to reflect and balance his thoughts. Especially during difficult times, it has been beneficial for him to step into the creative mindset. One of these difficult periods in his life became a turning point, and contributed significantly to the fundamental idea of NOKUKO - an entrepreneurial passion-project echoing Alan Pedersen's belief that dreams are here to be realized.

Usually, Alan Pedersen doesn't rely on quotations when he tries to make sense of something in life. But this precise quotation reflects and plays a crucial role in how he has chosen to handle the punches that life has thrown him over the years. And it is how he has taught himself to see the hard times as opportunities to learn, develop, and transform adversity into something constructive. Life hasn't always been kind. It has giving him some heavy blows. He lost his father when he was 11 years old and his mother passed away 4 years ago, leaving Alan with very limited biological family and no siblings. But instead of letting darkness and loss dominate, Alan turned his grief into a reminder that life must be lived now.
